About Me
Hi, I am Rachel, a birth and postpartum doula, who strives to assist parents in achieving their birth and parenting goals no matter what those goals are. As a mom of four she knows there is not a one size fits all approach to birth and parenting. Rachel shares her wisdom and understanding of birth, breastfeeding, and parenting to advise and support women in their decision-making process. She sees her work as nurturing women as they explore their birth visions and walking with them as they uncover their own practices.
When I am not assisting families I can be found on the baseball field where I have 3 boys that play. I am also a special education advocate and assist parents in navigating the world of special education.

Postpartum Services
Overnight postpartum services offering baby and birthing person care helping with nursing if needed. Getting up with baby over night, changing feeding and putting back to sleep.
Lactation Consultant
Assiting with postioning, latch and pumping support
Birth Doula
Providing non-medical support to pregnant person before, during and after delivery. Helping families handle the pysical and emotional issues during pregnancy in a non judgemental, positive manor.
